In order to ensure that your package will arrive to you, please provide us with your full name and address information. We at Deep and True cannot be
liable if your delivery is sent to the wrong address or the wrong recipient as a result of supplying us with incomplete or accurate information. All deliveries
will require signatures. We will not be responsible for any extra re-delivery fees.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email,

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delays, however, are occasionally unavoidable due to unforeseen factors such as
weather, disruptions in transportation or travel, and import delays. Please understand that these are beyond our control, and that we are not responsible
for when they happen.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note though that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped
to international destinations.
• Local Deliveries (Thailand) the expected time is within 3-5 business days. Service is provided by Thailand Post, and you can track the progress of

• International Deliveries take from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Services will be handled by Thai Post, and you can track

We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay with PayPal or by using a bank transfer if you prefer. The prices quoted on this website apply to
online purchases only, and are listed in Thai Baht. All transactions will be processed using Thai Baht. Overseas customers will be subject to the exchange
rate applied by the customer’s Credit or Debit Card Company. Prices are inclusive of VAT (or other applicable sales tax). We withhold the right to change
prices without prior notice. Any change in pricing will not affect orders that have been placed and quoted with the previous price. You will be charged
the prices of the product as well as any shipping or delivery charges. These additional costs depend on where the product is being sent. Please note that
any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt will be the sole responsibility of
Payment Methods for International Customers
PayPal service system will be provided for international customs.
If you are interested in our products or would like to place an order, please email your name, shipping address, product name and quantity to
email@example.com. Once we have received your order email, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you by email, informing you of the total cost of the product
and shipping. Once you have paid in full and have sent us an email confirmation, we will send you your tracking number. All items will be shipped only
once customer payments have been confirmed by our bank or company staff.
*PayPal services will change an additional 5% on the total billing amount.
Payment Method for Domestic Customers (Thailand)
Please email your name, shipping address, product name and quantity to firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation email will be sent to your email with
our bank account information. After your payment has been successfully made, please send us a copy of the transfer slip or payment records. We will
confirm that your payment has been completed, and will send you your tracking number by email. All items will be dispatched only once customer
payments have been confirmed by our bank or company staff.
Exchange and Refunds
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. Since all delivery items are carefully checked and are under
strict quality control, we reserve the right to no refund any purchased items unless the product is clearly faulty. In the case of damaged items, please

We will reimburse you for any faulty product delivered to you or is damaged. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please see our
Contact page, where we have set our requirements for the return or such goods.
If we are unable at the time of return to replaces or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited
for the purchase, including handling and postage charges.
